How to upload mp3 files to a ftp-host?

This online radio show has provided the ftp host with the host address, the login name and the password for me, i tried to upload files with the Firefox ftp add-on FireFtp, but it didn't work, said, it couldn't connect. I guess the whole thing is easier than it looks right now and if someone would give me an advice, I will be very happy

this is what I do. the host I use is winscp (ftp site) from where I download/upload files via my network. Once I open the ftp it essentially brings me to a folder where I can view files and drag them (add them) to any location on my computer. In doing this, uploading utilizes the same feature. I simply just drag a file to the folder on the ftp site and it uploads it there. if that doesnt work ad some screen shots and ill try to help out.

Thanks, you guys, the people from the radio show gave me a wrong ftp host address, doh'! I could have kept trying for ages. Worked now. Appreciate your help though.
